Last week the micro blogging site Twitter announced that they are testing out a new feature that enable the users to discover and buy products from Twitter. However the option is available only to few selected users at present and will be growing over a period of time. Recently I have noticed the change in Google searches related to authorship. In a Google plus post, Google Webmaster Trends Analyst John Mueller said that the company decided to discontinue the authorship project. I’ve been involved since we first started testing authorship markup and displaying it in search results.
